Equipment characteristics:
Complete high-performance production system, comprising 5 main units:

• 1 inline automatic assembly machine mounting bobbin cores on the lead frame
• 3 automatic coil winding machines (flyer winding technology)
• 1 automatic laser welder for joining connecting contacts
• 1 injection moulding system for overmoulding the bobbin core on the lead frame (100-cavity mould)
• 1 automatic testing and packing machine
• Overall system cycle time: 0.2 seconds (5 parts/sec.)
• Operations: feed and coil-up lead frame, feed cores, pick up and mount, apply adhesive (pin transfer) & cure, laser weld, overmould, punch, bend, test, laser-engrave, blister-pack
